It also offers a close look at those who obsessively prepare for the possibility of a nuclear conflict, providing an unsettling yet compelling portrait of this phenomenon. This is a world of individuals who live in constant anticipation of an imminent catastrophe, dedicating their lives to preparing for an event that, one hopes, will never occur.
